English speaking instuctors
Classes are held in Italian, but instructors provide explanations in English to not italian speaking athletes.
Our gym in Trieste is also frequented by people who do not speak Italian.

Gym membership and registration with the E.P.S. Sports Federation follow the calendar year. New members joining from July onwards will pay a prorated membership fee until the end of the year.
A recreational or competitive medical examination (depending on the case) is mandatory.
OPENING HOURS
The gym is open from MONDAY to SATURDAY.
It is closed, unless otherwise specified, on Sundays, calendar holidays, the week of Ferragosto, and on Saturdays of competitions or seminars.
